I started practicing yoga in 2000 in my birth country, Brazil.
After graduating from University and securing a job with the biggest national TV network, I had all the ingredients for a 'successful' life.
Yet, something was missing.
At that time, my mother took me to a yoga class. Moving trough unfamiliar poses was challenging and fun.
The sense of clarity and wellbeing found at the end of classes brought me home to myself.
Since then, yoga has been my most loyal companion. It comforts me through the ups and downs of life and helps me stay grounded
and connected to what is important to me.
In this practice I found the key to the best version of myself and it is how I contribute to the world in the most meaningful way.
I cherish my roles as a mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend, teacher, student and am grateful for all the abundance in my life.
I believe we can train ourselves to see beauty and lessons in everything, welcoming every experience.
My personal sadhana consists of regular meditation, breathing exercises (pranayama), movement (asana) and overall conscious living.
I aim to keep my body healthy, flexible and strong; my mind clear and sharp.
I find immense value in community, a reminder that we are all interconnected.
Yoga is my lifestyle and as I continue to study and grow, I help others find balance in their own lives.
Through my teachings and personal journey, I hope to inspire people to live from a place of honesty, freedom and love,
to feel their best and enjoy life to the fullest.
